The result resulted in the loss of the second state championship and the place for national competitions in 2025. Next season, Estrelão will only compete in the Acreano Championship.
Vaguinho Santos led Rio Branco-AC in three competitions: Copa Verde, Copa do Brasil and Campeonato Acreano. There were 13 games with six wins, four draws and three defeats, 16 goals scored and 13 conceded, with a success rate of 56.4%.
Alvirrubro still has the Brazilian Championship Series D as a commitment this season. According to president Valdemar Neto, the team will be led by Wemerson de Araújo, the Rambinho in the competition. The technical committee will also have Selsimar Maciel as physical trainer and Eriano Santos, known as Chumbinho, as an assistant.
Rio Branco-AC is in group A1 alongside Humaitá, Manauara, Manaus, Porto Velho, Princesa do Solimões, São Raimundo-RR, Trem-AP.
The debut is this Saturday (27), against Manauara-AM, at the Ismael Benigno stadium, Colina, in Manaus, at 4pm (Brasília time).
