The State Secretariat of Finance of Pará (Sefa) informs that taxpayers must review the settings in their environment for issuing Electronic Tax Documents (DF-e). The Virtual Secretariat of Rio Grande do Sul (SVRS) adopted emergency measures, due to heavy rains, which led to instability in the system for issuing electronic invoices.
A total of 16 states issue DF-e in SVRS. The Virtual Secretariat reported this Tuesday (07) that after the interruption of the operation of one of the Sefaz/RS Datacenters, the operation of some services was transferred to the cloud technological environment.
All Electronic Tax Document authorization services (DF-e) carried out by SVRS and Sefaz/RS are operating. If the company is from Pará, a state that authorizes the issuance of electronic tax documents at Sefaz/RS, and is unable to use the tool, the recommendation is to check whether there is any configuration in your environment that limits internet communication to IP addresses of Datacenters (firewall rule that restricts communication to certain IPs, for example), which prevents the company’s systems from communicating with the cloud environment, explained SVRS.
Communications, configurations, and rules must point to the services’ URL addresses (not IP addresses). The address (URL) remains unchanged and must be from the svrs.rs.gov.br domain.
