The new PGE AC competition for the Support area has progressed and an organizing committee has already been formed. Positions must be advertised after 30 days.
This is because the group will have 30 days to present the proposal for positions to be filled through this new public competition. Therefore, after this period, the offer of places in the selection must be confirmed.
The PGE AC competition committee will be composed of the following members:
- Gerson Ney Ribeiro Vilela Junior – president;
- Raquel de Melo Freire Gouveia – member;
- Paula Luane da Silva Braga – member;
- Ellen Cristine Oliveira Maia – member;
- Isaac Benevides Oliveira – member.
The ordinance was published in the state’s Official Gazette, but does not provide further details about the selection.

Governor authorized PGE AC competition
In January of this year, the governor of Acre, Gladson Cameli, authorized studies to be carried out for a new PGE AC competition.
The endorsement was announced after a meeting with the attorney general of Acre and confirmed by the government’s institutional portal.
The expectation is that the next notices will provide vacancies for positions in the Administrative area, including the staff of technicians, analysts and assistants at the Attorney General’s Office of Acre, as well as opportunities for prosecutors.
The dates of the stages of this competition have not been announced. However, it was said that the expectation is that the PGE AC competition notice will be launched in 2024.
According to the government, this will be the eighth competition for the state prosecutor career and the first for the Prosecutor’s Support area.

PGE AC competition requirements
For the positions of prosecutor and analyst, the requirement is complete higher educationwhile the technician position will correspond to the specialties of medium levels. The PGE auxiliary area may have elementary level.
Currently, the assistant’s basic salary is R$705.60 (at the end of the career it reaches R$ 1,663.77). For technician and analyst positions, the earnings are R$913.50 (may reach the end of the career at R$2,385.32) and R$2,815.33 (which can reach R$ 5,689.99), respectively.
The server is also entitled to the Activity Bonus at the State Attorney General’s Office (GAPGE), which corresponds to nine tenths of the basic salary for technicians and assistants, and seven tenths of the earnings for analysts.
In the case of a career as a prosecutor, as indicated in the last notice (made in 2017), the server’s initial remuneration is R$21,398.48.
