The Military Police were carrying out rounds when the 23-year-old went to the police station and reported that two armed men in a car had captured him, tied him up and forced him to take them to his father.

According to the young man, as soon as the criminals found his father, he also had his hands and feet tied and both were taken to a road, about seven kilometers from the city.

According to the son’s report to the police, the suspect left him in the car and took his father to the banks of a river, when he heard the sound of gunshots. Soon after, the suspects returned to the vehicle, where the boy was tied up, returned to the city and then released the boy, after which he contacted the Military Police.

Immediately, the military went to the location indicated by the victim and found Marcio José lying with holes in his head and back. The victim was rescued while still alive and taken to the Municipal Hospital of Aripuanã, where she remained hospitalized under medical care. However, Márcio did not resist and died on Monday (25).
