TJ-SC opens registrations for Joinville institutions interested in receiving cash benefit funds

Public or private entities can participate

The court of the Criminal Executions Court of the district of Joinville published this week the call notice for institutions interested in receiving funds for pecuniary benefits, criminal settlements and conditional suspension of the process via PJSC Mais social.

Requests for qualification and the presentation of projects must be made by email, at the email address [email protected], until April 30th, to be evaluated by the commission.

Public or private entities, originating exclusively from Joinville and with a social purpose, may participate, including the community council (criminal enforcement body) and those whose activities are linked to public security, education and health.

The resources will be allocated primarily to institutions in the aforementioned areas that require urgency and greater collective interest.

The relevance will be taken into account in the context of criminal execution, especially in the execution of sentences that restrict rights or alternative measures to prison, in assistance to victims, especially those subjected to domestic and family violence, in the prevention of crime, in restorative justice and in implementation of socio-educational measures.

It is up to the entities to indicate the pecuniary value of the social project to be carried out, the detailed breakdown of expenses and the execution schedule, including starting and ending dates.

PJSC More Social

Within the scope of the Court of Justice, resources of this nature are allocated through PJSC Mais Social, a program responsible for covering more than 200 entities with resources exceeding R$30 million since its launch in 2018.
