Registration for the XX State Quadrilhas Juninas Competition 2024 is now open

Those interested in participating in the 20th edition of the 2024 June Quadrilhas State Competition can now register from this Wednesday (April 24th) until May 5th, 2024. The competition is organized by the Government of Pará, by through Cultural Foundation of the State of Pará.

57 June proposals will be awarded: from square dances, misses, markers, choreographers and stylists. To register, the candidate must access https://ellosecm.com.br/fcp-pa/, then fill out the registration form and attachments. Each gang will need to create an electronic address (e-mail) for dealings with the Foundation.

The competition awards professionals working in the following cultural languages: June gang (adults and children); misses (hillbilly, sympathy, fragrant brunette and diversity hillbilly); markers; choreographers; and fashion designers, who have proven permanent residence in Pará and are of age that meet the categories set out in the competition rules, described in the notice. Individuals can register for the competition, submitting proposals individually or as representatives of non-formalized cultural groups or collectives.

The competition considers the following age groups for participation: June square dances and young misses with a minimum age of 6 years and a maximum age of 14 years, until the date of registration. June gangs and adult misses must be at least 13 years old, also by the date of registration. For Miss Caipira diversity, the minimum age is 18 years old, on the date of registration.

In the collective award, adult gangs will receive R$ 20,000.00 (twenty thousand reais) for each of the 20 best placed; In junior gangs, the prize will be R$ 10,000.00 (ten thousand reais) for each of the 10 best placed. The contest will also offer individual prizes with values ​​ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 reais.
