Today is their day! The National Commercial Learning Service (Senac-RR) celebrates this Wednesday, 24th, the international day of young workers, with an action proposed by the pedagogical team: an outdoor walk in the Bosque dos Papagaios Ecological Park!
The visit took place over three days, April 22, 23 and 24, with commercial learning classes in administrative services, supermarket services, and cleaning and conservation services. Accompanied by instructors Roselita Cortez, Janaína Andrade, Jéssica Nascimento, Meiry Richil and Naira Maria, as well as pedagogue Vanessa Brito.
According to instructor Roselita Cortez, the proposal was to provide students with leisure time during the young apprentice’s week. “The experience and development of the environment is part of our classes, so today it is very important for them to know a little more about nature, about sustainability, and it is incredible that they can experience this”.
The instructor adds that the tour was beneficial. “Many students had never seen a toucan, or a capybara, just in a photo, and today they can see it up close, for them it is a unique experience”, she concluded.
Célio Melo, professional education manager, explains the importance of training young people. “The job market is constantly changing on the local and global scene, and for this, young people need to be aware of the opportunities that arise, such as professional training with the aim of preparing them for the job market through the professional courses offered. by Senac RR”.
Iany Eliza is a student in the administrative services class and told the Senac team what she thought of the experience. “For me it was a very incredible experience, I found it interactive and different, I loved meeting the macaws and toucans, they were my favorites, they are so beautiful”, she concluded.
