IPAMERI CIVIL POLICE ARRESTS HIGHLY DANGEROUS FULAUSE FROM TOCANTINS

The Civil Police of the State of Goiás, through the team of police officers from the Ipameri Police Station/9th DRP, carried out compliance today, 04/24/2024a with a Preventive Arrest Warrant issued against a 25-year-old suspect, considered highly dangerous, fugitive from Justice in the State of Tocantins, investigated for committing the crimes of Qualified Robbery for Keeping the Victims in the Author’s Power and for Serious Bodily Injury, Rape and Threat, against two elderly victims (69 and 64 years old), an event that occurred in Cairara farm, municipality of Babaçulândia-TO, District of Philadelphia-TO.

As reported, the warrant was issued during the course of the process, which determines the individual’s responsibility for the crimes under art. 157, §2°, V, and §3°, I, art. 213 and art. 147, all from CP (whose combined maximum sentences can reach almost 30 years in prison), committed in the State of origin of the court order. The suspect was aware of the arrest order and, as a fugitive, carefully hid from the police forces.

After information from the Philadelphia-TO Civil Police about the possibility of the individual’s presence in the city of Ipameri, the team of local civil police officers undertook typical investigative measures, which unfolded uninterruptedly for more than 24 hours, in order to monitor, locate and capture the investigated, who was effectively hiding in his family’s home in Ipameri, where he was located and arrested and from now on, already in the Prison Unit, is at the disposal of the Judiciary.
