Woman is found dead from stab wounds inside her home in Greater Natal | large northern river

A woman was found dead from stab wounds this Wednesday (24) inside her home in the Santa Tereza neighborhood, in Parnamirim, in the Natal Metropolitan Region. The victim was identified as Márcia Anália Felizardo da Silva23 years old.

Márcia had been missing since the weekend. After trying to contact her by phone and in front of the house, family members decided to enter the residence through the roof. There, they found the victim lifeless, face down and with marks on his body from knife wounds.

The house where she was found dead is on Rua Heitor de Góis and was where the victim lived with her husband, who disappeared, according to family members. The two had a 10-year relationship. The Civil Police have not confirmed whether her husband is a suspect in the crime.

The victim worked as a salesperson in a shopping mall in the East Zone of Natal. Her husband was a security guard at another shopping mall, in the South Zone.

“She was always a friend, we were like sisters, the two of us. She was very affectionate, very happy,” said Rafaela Oliveira, who had been friends with Márcia since childhood. She was at the victim’s house this Tuesday.

The Technical-Scientific Institute of Expertise (Itep) collected the body at the scene to perform the necropsy and assist in the investigations. The Civil Police will investigate the case.
