It was announced yesterday that the 20th Century Studios is developing a reboot of the franchise’Maze Runner‘, based on the saga of the same name by James Dashner.
Jack Paglenscreenwriter of ‘Transcendence: The Revolution‘, will be responsible for the script for the new version, while Wes Balldirector of the original trilogy, will serve as producer alongside Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, Lee Stollman It is Marty Bowen.
And it seems that the news is leaving fans very divided.
On social media, some celebrated the idea, claiming that the franchise needs to be renewed and kept alive.
On the other hand, some have said that it’s too early for a reboot, considering the last film was released less than ten years ago.
And most fans seem outraged by the proposal.
