According to the government of Pernambuco, the opportunities will be divided into:
- 76 vacancies for forensic medicine agent
- 60 vacancies for coroner and
- 77 vacancies for criminal expert.
It is worth remembering that, in the endorsement released by Governor Raquel Lyra, 214 opportunities were foreseen.
In this new offer released by the government, there is a reduction in one vacancy in the position of forensic medicine agent.

Notice later this year, the government predicts
At the beginning of the month, governor Raquel Lyra confirmed that the State Scientific Police (Politec PE) competition will be opened later this year.
The statement occurred on Monday, the 1st, during a weekly monitoring meeting of the Together for Security program.
However, the chief executive has not yet given details regarding the schedule. Therefore, the date of the notice and other deadlines have not yet been revealed.
Shortly after signing the authorization, in November last year, Lyra revealed the next step towards holding the new Politec PE competition:
“We will soon announce the hiring of the company that will be responsible for the competition, as well as the release dates for the notice and tests. This is how we will guarantee greater security for our state”, said the governor.
With the organizing committee defined, the next step will now be to sign the contract and then publish the notice.

The last PE Scientific Police competition was in 2016
A Pernambuco Scientific Police has not held a public competition since 2016.
That year, the offer was for 316 opportunities in the positions of coroner’s assistant (73), expert assistant (96), papilloscopist expert (51), coroner (40) and criminal expert (56).
Salaries reached R$9,069.81.
The selection was organized by Cebraspe (formerly Cespe/UnB) and the earnings offered were between R$3,276.42 and R$8,497.62, depending on the position sought.
Candidates were evaluated through seven stages, namely:
- Objective tests (100 questions on General Knowledge and Specific Knowledge);
- Discursive evidence;
- Proof of physical capacity;
- Psychological assessment;
- Medical exam;
- Social research; It is
- Graduation course.
