The competition test was held on July 23, 2023, to fill 277 vacancies, 61 for the District of Salvador, distributed across 20 positions, and a further 216 for 130 counties in the interior, covering, for example, the positions of Analyst Judiciary (Judicial Area – Sub-Registrar); Judicial Analyst (Judicial Area – Assessing Justice Officer); and Judicial Technician (Notary Clerk).

After the first batch was made, on January 25, 2024, new appointments were interrupted due to the filing by a group of candidates with the National Council of Justice (CNJ), alleging that the minimum percentages to fill the vacancies allocated were not observed. to self-declared black and disabled candidates.

On April 12, 2024, the agreement signed by this State Court with candidates in the public competition to fill vacant positions of Analyst and Judicial Technician was approved in the CNJ Virtual Plenary.

Once again, the 203 new acts of appointment, signed by the President of the TJBA, judge Cynthia Maria Pina Resende, were published in the Electronic Justice Gazette today, April 23, 2024.

– the Districts that presented the greatest deficit of employees, based on the Personnel Allocation Table (TLP) and the terms of Resolution 219/2016, of the National Council of Justice;

– the replacement of vacancies arising due to the removals of civil servants approved by Removal Notice no. 1/2023, available from the Electronic Justice Gazette n. 3,445, of 11/01/2023;

– the Districts with servers performing substitution, such as Cachoeira and Pindobaçu.
Exceptionally, due to Administrative Control Procedure no. 0006821-44.2023.2.00.0000, some districts that did not have the largest deficit according to the TLP were included to the detriment of the main rule, aiming to meet the reservation percentage of quota candidates.

The districts of the Far West of Bahia were also observed, such as São Desidério, Correntina, Coribe, Barreiras and Luís Eduardo Magalhães. For Formosa do Rio Preto, despite no vacancies being foreseen in Notice no. 01/2023, the respective Comarca is foreseen in the macro-regions set out in Annex VI of the aforementioned Notice and can be reached, at an opportune moment, through the reservation register of the corresponding Region or, even, through the general reservation register of the Competition.

Aware of the significant shortage of civil servants and the need to reinforce personnel in the Judicial Units, the president of the Court of Justice of the State of Bahia, judge Cynthia Maria Pina Resende, reinforces her commitment and commitment to making new appointments.
