Ouro Verde de Minas now has the Olho Vivo program with 24 monitoring cameras

The Military Police of Ouro Verde de Minas held a ceremony on the night of Thursday, April 18, 2024, for the inauguration of the Olho Vivo monitoring system, and the renovation of the PM barracks in the city, in partnership with the city hall.

The ceremony was attended by Mayor Marcelo Adriano Xavier de Vasconcelos – “Marcelo de Cícero”; the commander of the 19th Military Police Battalion of Teófilo Otoni, lieutenant colonel Welington da Silva Campos; the commander of the 2nd Platoon of Ataléia, lieutenant Vicenzo Dartanhan Silva Bezerra; of the state secretary of government Gustavo Valadares, and other local and regional authorities.

The commander of the 19th BPM, Lieutenant Colonel Campos highlighted the importance of the monitoring system in promoting a sense of security for the population. The state secretary of government Gustavo Valadares highlighted his joy in seeing that the city of Ouro Verde de Minas has transformed in such a short time with the current management, and on this occasion he promised the mayor and the commander of the detachment, the allocation of a 4× vehicle 4 to better serve the population.

Mayor Marcelo highlighted the partnership with the security forces – Military Police and Civil Police, for the success of security in the city, stating that he will continue to provide all the necessary support.
