Producer from Tocantins is elected president of Aprosoja Brasil

The Brazilian Association of Soybean Producers (Aprosoja Brasil) elected this Tuesday (02/04) the new board of directors for the 2024/2027 triennium, which has representatives from practically all states producing the oilseed.
Unanimously elected, rural producer Maurício Buffon, former president of Aprosoja Tocantins, will preside over one of the largest rural producer entities in Latin America.
He replaces Antonio Galvan, who presided over the entity between 2021 and 2024 and was also head of Aprosoja Mato Grosso between 2017 and 2021.
The inauguration of Maurício Buffon and the new board will take place on April 23, in Brasília.
