The Superintendence of the Federal Police in Sergipe held, on the morning of this Tuesday, the 2nd, a ceremony to commemorate the institution’s 80th anniversary. The event, which has been held in several States of the Federation, celebrates the trajectory of achievements and challenges overcome that have consolidated the PF as one of the most respected institutions.
The ceremony was marked by the presence of several representatives of partner bodies, including José Augusto do Nascimento (President of the Regional Labor Court), Viviane Cruz Pessoa (Secretary of State for Justice), Ricardo Mucio Santana de Abreu Lima (President of the Court of Justice of Sergipe), Ricardo Pereira Barreto (Commander of the 28th Battalion of Hunters in the State of Sergipe), Lidiane Vieira Bomfim Pinheiro de Meneses (director of the Federal Justice Forum in Sergipe) and Eunice Dantas Carvalho (Chief Prosecutor of the MPF-SE ).
The Superintendent of the Federal Police in Sergipe Aline Marchesini Pinto highlighted in her speech that the 80 years of the PF symbolize a milestone where maturity, renewal and improvement are balanced, also highlighting the growing role of the PF as a guarantor of the Democratic Rule of Law.
In recognition of institutional collaboration, representatives of partner bodies were honored with the award of the Commemorative Medal celebrating 80 years of the Federal Police. Nine Federal Police employees, including police, administrative and outsourced employees, were also awarded the medal in honor of the valuable service provided to the institution.
At the end, in a moment of great emotion, a special tribute was paid to retired Federal Police Agent José Aubernei, affectionately called “Caba Veio”, where his achievements as a police officer and as a co-worker were narrated, exemplifying the spirit of the 80 years. of the Federal Police.
The celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Federal Police in Sergipe celebrates the continued importance of cooperation and teamwork between federal institutions as well as the appreciation of their employees, ensuring that they have the appropriate conditions to perform their role as public servants, renewing the commitment to the values of integrity, responsibility and public service that this institution represents.
