The State Government, through Sead (Secretariat of State for Social Assistance and Human Rights), published in this Friday’s edition (03) of DOE/MS (Official State Gazette), the resolution of the program “MS Supera “, with the access paths to the first list of those qualified and those registered in the selection process. The first list is not yet final, as the deadline for candidate appeals will be between May 6th and 9th.

The appeals will be assessed within the period from the 10th to the 23rd of May, and after analysis, Sead will publish the final list of those qualified, as well as the list of those disqualified within the number of vacancies, and those invited to sign the scholarship award term.

The publication, in addition to disclosing the list of candidates enrolled in the MS Supera program selection process, includes four annexes. Annex I contains a list of qualified registered candidates, that is, those who correctly filled in all the mandatory fields and sent all the documents.

Annex II contains a list of disqualified registered candidates, who did not correctly fill in the mandatory data and/or did not send all the documents necessary to complete the registration. Annex III contains a list of disqualified candidates, who did not meet the requirements set out in the program legislation. And finally, Annex IV lists the disqualified candidates, who did not complete their registration and/or did not present any documents.

Supes (Superintendency of Structuring Social Programs), which manages the program at Sead, explains that many candidates presented conflicting data when registering, for example, regarding income. When crossing data with CadÚnico, this information was verified. There were still candidates who did not send the requested documents and even those who did not fit the profile of the program, which focuses on low-income students.

Any interested party who feels aggrieved may submit an appeal in the “candidate area”, within the period of May 6th to 9th, directly on the Sead website (http://www.sead.ms.gov.br – MS SUPERA tab). Also according to the document published today, appeals must be duly substantiated, in a clear and objective manner, with a maximum of 1500 characters, and provided with the reasons that justify the intended review, under penalty of not knowing.
