A philanthropic association Vocational Social Education (ESPRO) has 32 young apprentice vacancies opened in the Federal District. The available vacancies are for young people aged 14 to 24 who are currently studying or have already completed secondary education.

The weekly journey as an apprentice includes practical training, with four days of work at the recruiting company (3 to 6 hours a day), and a day of theoretical training, at its new branch, opened in March in the South Commercial Sector.

The opportunities are for work in companies from different sectorsincluding retail, health services, financial institutions and consumer goods industries.

The experience as a young apprentice is governed by formal employment contract (CLT)offering salary and benefits such as paid vacation, transportation allowance and food allowance.

In its 45 years of existence, the entity has sent 580,000 young people to their first job opportunity and provided 1.2 million social services. Interested parties can apply through this link.

“The young apprentices served by Espro in Brasília register a high employability rate: 74% continue working one year after completing the theoretical track at our unit, according to internal research”, informed Espro’s regional manager, Shirlene Oliveira.
