A teenager was shot dead in the early hours of Easter Sunday (31), in the Jardim Maily neighborhood, in Piúma, in the south of Espírito Santo.
According to the Military Police, a team was called to the location after receiving a report that a homicide had occurred in the region. Upon arriving in the neighborhood, the police found the victim lying in the street already dead and called forensic assistance.
The Civil Police reported that the teenager’s body was sent to the Legal Medical Service (SML) in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim.
“The case remains under investigation by the Piúma Police Station (DP). To date, no suspects have been detained and details of the investigation will not be disclosed at this time”, informed the corporation.
