The Brazilian Bar Association in Santa Catarina (OAB/SC), in partnership with the Escola Superior de Advocacia Nacional (ESA), offers 250 full scholarships for lawyers from Santa Catarina interested in pursuing a postgraduate degree in Practice in Labor Law and Social Security.
The initiative is part of the second edition of the largest free postgraduate program in Brazilian law, promoted by the OAB in conjunction with ESA Nacional. Registration for the selection process continues until March 31st. The full notice can be accessed through this link.
The lato sensu postgraduate course in “Practice in Labor and Social Security Law” will be taught remotely. It will be in partnership with the Faculty of Law of the Fundação Escola Superior of the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul (FMP).
Registration will be made exclusively via the ESA Nacional website, and the selection will consider socioeconomic criteria, an objective test and, in the event of a tie, the order of registration. The objective test is scheduled for May 26th, with the final results announced on June 25th, 2024.
