The State Comptroller General (CGE-MT) carried out training forthe “CGE Orienta” program, this Tuesday (26.03), for employees of the State Department of Health (SES-MT). The topic covered was price research in public purchases.
The qualification he had O objective of clearly explaining and simplified price research as a prior procedure compatible with the market and the existence of sufficient resources to cover the expense relating to the object to be acquired.
O target audience were budgeting staff for price research and those working in contract management.
The course, which was attended by 45 civil servants in total, it was taught by auditors Orlando Estevens Cames and Eldemir Pereira de Oliveira.
Orlando highlighted the importance of planning the acquisition of goods or services. “Through planning, the public administration gets a better price. As we deal with the Health department, our focus was specific to the acquisition of medicines, hospital supplies, among other products”.
For the special advisor of the SES Acquisitions and Contracts assistant office, Janice Nagel Rodrigues, the course was excellent, as it dealt with a complex subject in a simple way.
“The way in which the topic was approached was very didactic and practical, explaining exactly the main points and the main difficulties faced in this stage of formulating the price base. Furthermore, the course was emphatic in bringing alternatives to minimize the difficulties encountered”, praised the advisor.
Continuing Training
This was the first of a total of five meetings that will take place until the end of the year with SES employees. The training is part of the “CGE Orienta” program, which aims to promote integrity, improve public management, increase transparency and support social control.
Therefore, it provides guidance aimed at public servants, managers and companies interested in establishing business with the Executive Branch of the State of Mato Grosso.
