Invited by the president of the Fecomércio-DF System, José Aparecido Freire, the DF Government Secretary, José Humberto Pires, participated yesterday in the Federation’s board meeting. He reported that current investment in infrastructure reaches R$2.497 billion. And he announced the construction of the EPNB rigid pavement, which will run from Samambaia to Park Shopping. “We are going to widen a road and we are going to transform everything into rigid pavement, as was done at Estrutural, to put an end to the constant renovations to the track.”

Sesc and Senac in Planaltina

Another important mobility project will benefit future visitors to the new Sesc-DF and Senac-DF units, which will be built in Planaltina. O Secretary said that a third lane will be built on the descent to Sobradinho, from Colorado, to Planaltina.

“We are going to expand that road on one side and the other, until we reach DF 128. There, we will build a viaduct, which will go to Brasilinha, and we will double the road that leads to the city”. Pires also announced the construction of another lane on the road that connects Santa Maria to Valparaíso.

“I believe that dialogue is the key to success. And here, with the productive sector, we want to always walk together with the GDF and society, because unity is strength”, highlighted the president of Sistema Fecomércio-DF, José Aparecido.

Neonergia Investments

The secretary said, in the meeting with businesspeople, that Neoenergia will invest R$1.4 billion over the next five years, of which 60% will be up to 2026.

The details will be announced by the energy company’s board of directors at the next LIDE meeting, scheduled for April 16th.
