To end the largest debt effort ever carried out in the country, Serasa and the Desenrola Program, from the Ministry of Finance, made more than 30 million offers available in Bahia. Discounts for negotiating these debts can reach up to 96%.
Debts can be negotiated through Serasa’s digital channels, such as the website and app, and for the first time, at all post offices in the 417 municipalities in the State, without any fees. Special discounts and differentiated installment benefits can be taken advantage of until next Thursday, the 28th.
The collective effort brings together debts from 700 companies that joined Mega Feirão Serasa and Desenrola, such as banks, financial institutions (credit cards), retail commerce, telephone and internet operators, securitizers and the concessionaire Neoenergia Coelba.
Since the start of Mega Feirão, on March 4, 2.8 million debts have been negotiated across the country. In Bahia alone, more than 149 thousand debts were negotiated during the period.
“The union of efforts of 700 private companies, the Ministry of Finance, the Post Office and Serasa is drawing the attention of the Brazilian population to the problem of debt and the importance of organizing accounts”, says Aline Maciel, manager of the Limpa platform Name. “We had never accomplished something of such grandeur and we are realizing that the benefits for the indebted population are also unprecedented”, she adds.
