City of SC will distribute 5 tons of sardines for free!

Free sardines will be distributed by Barra Velha City Hall in partnership with Empresa Pescados Estrela do Mar. According to the organization, 5 tons of frozen sardines will be made available.

The distribution of sardines will take place on March 28th, Thursday, the day before Good Friday. The free sardine action is an action by the company Pescados Estrela do Mar. Each adult can receive up to 2kg of fish.

According to the municipality, at each distribution point, the Pescados Estrela do Mar truck will distribute 2.5 tons of inspected whole frozen sardines.

How does the distribution of free sardines work?

According to the city hall, on the 28th, starting at 2 pm, residents of Barra Velha will be able to go to the neighborhoods of Itajuba and São Cristovão to receive their fish.

Sardine distribution will take place in the following locations:
Neighborhood: Itajuba – R. Luiz Alves corner of Komprão
Neighborhood: São Cristóvão – Praça Horácio Martins
