‘Smelly, faggot and fat black’: woman disrespects PM because she didn’t want to turn down party music

Military police officer Hemersson Marcelino Reis was a victim of contempt, racial insults and homophobia from residents who were throwing a party with more than 100 people. The case occurred on Saturday afternoon (23) in Santa Juliana, in the Triângulo Mineiro.

In the images recorded by the suspects themselves, it is possible to see the moment when a woman, who is a social worker in Uberlândia and a former criminal police officer, tells the PM:

“Faggot, that’s why you’re black.”

To the g1witnesses said that the woman also offended the victim with phrases such as “stinky black, faggot and fat”.

The case occurred during an incident related to the Maria da Penha Law at a hospital close to the party location. At the health unit, employees and patients complained about the noise coming from the celebration.

According to witnesses, Hemersson went to the party to ask participants to turn down the volume. The soldier was attended to by the host, who refused to turn down the sound and hurled insults, saying that he would decide what would happen in his own house.

During the approach, other people appeared and began to insult the police officer. As he was alone, the soldier called reinforcements and requested again that the sound volume be lowered.

However, once again the participants cursed the police and asked them to leave the place. The images also show the greatly altered group trying to attack the soldiers.

“You faggot, trash fagot, you trash!” shouts the social worker.

According to witnesses, the party host resisted arrest and was restrained by the police. The man’s family and friends were also restrained as they tried to rescue him.

During the confusion, the tires of two vehicles were damaged. The man who damaged the vehicles was caught on security cameras and identified as one of the party participants.

The party host was arrested for contempt and released after posting bail. The social worker was arrested for racial slurs and was released on Sunday, after giving a statement.

The woman’s lawyer, Kleber Fernandes Morgado, stated that she does not remember saying such words to the PM and that everything will be clarified in court.
