Inmet issues warning, and regions of Pernambuco are expected to experience intense rains until Good Friday

O National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet) issued rain warning for four regions of Pernambuco: Metropolitan Region of Recife, Zona da Mata, Agreste and part of the Sertão.

The warning, at yellow level, indicates intense rain between the morning of Wednesday (27) and the morning of Good Friday (29).

According to Inmet, rainfall can be between 20 and 30 millimeters per hour or up to 50 millimeters per day. There is also the possibility of winds of 40 to 60 km/h.

The warning extends to areas of Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Alagoas, Sergipe and Bahia.

Already the Pernambuco Water and Climate Agency (Apac), published a trend for the next few days, indicating the possibility of moderate to heavy rain on Wednesday (27) in Mata Norte. Mata Sul and RMR should have moderate rain on the same day and Agreste, light to moderate.
