In Brazil, the supplements market has experienced exponential growth every year. Between September 2020 and December 2022, the consumption of vitamin supplements and food complements also grew 23.2%, according to Abiad data. In the latest survey on consumption habits carried out by the entity, in 2020, in 59% of Brazilian homes there is at least one person who uses supplements, with the habit being more common among women. Among those who use it, 69% also do physical activities.
