Juliette’s Diet

The diet is also an ally for the woman from Paraíba, who loves to eat and is passionate about dessert. Juliette recalls that she was already overweight before the age of 19.

“I love eating and I love sweets. I eat sweets at least twice a week. I was never skinny, in fact, I was a corpulent child. I lost weight after I was 19 and kept my weight at 55 to 60 kg and never went back, but I weighed 72 kg”, he recalls.

“Diet is also important. I’m trying to maintain a more balanced diet, with more nutrients and less junk, but without too much paranoia either,” he says.
