What foods to include? Personal trainer and nutritionist Aline Becker, in an exclusive interview with Sport Life, indicates five foods that can be included in any diet. The first of these is the egg. “It is the basis for a diet with a good source of protein and nutrients. It contains among other minerals folic acid, zinc, choline, potassium and protein,” he said.

“Furthermore, as the egg presents little saturated fat, It is extremely effective for a healthy diet. It is possible to make different recipes, from the most elaborate to practical ones for everyday life, such as stew, omelette and scrambled. The only detail that we must pay attention to when preparing it is to avoid using high amounts of oil and salt”, adds Aline.

LINSEED. This is an important source of fiber, which can be in several recipes, combining with many other foods. It can also be mixed with yogurts, smoothies and salads. “Especially for women, it has a special benefit: it contains lignin, which is a phytochemical with a structure similar to estrogen. Furthermore, flaxseed is rich in fiber, protein and good fat, speeds up metabolism and absorbs fat from the body. It improves digestion, contributes to the proper functioning of the intestine, prevents the body from retaining liquids and is therefore a food that helps you lose weight”, said the professional.

LITTER. The fruit is also a source of fiber, in addition to being rich in vitamin C and numerous antioxidants. “It has a high level of a substance called pectin, fiber that increases the feeling of satiety and slows down the digestion process. Therefore, the Apples are not only tasty, they are a great option for a snack. if you are hungry between meals”, he commented.

CHICKPEA. This is an important vegetable protein source and can be part of any diet. “It is a great source of protein and is also one of the foods that help you lose weight. This fruit is rich in vitamin B6 and fiber. On top of that, bananas are easily convenient and portable.
