Madonna: Marcos Mion and Kenya Sade present a show on Globo – 04/25/2024 – Television

Globo has defined the complete team that will broadcast Madonna’s free concert, which will take place on May 4th, in Rio de Janeiro.

Presenter Marcos Mion, and music journalist Kenya Sade, will present the event both on open TV, on Multishow, Globo’s variety channel on pay TV, and Globoplay, the group’s streaming service.

Alongside the two will be Marcus Majella and Laura Vicente, who will be behind-the-scenes reporters and will be with the public on Copacabana beach, south of Rio de Janeiro.

“Madonna, our queen of pop, teaches us about power, transgression, freedom. I’m a big fan of hers and I confess that the penny hasn’t sunk in yet. I was very emotional when I received the news, I revisited my journey, I cried and I was thrilled. The duo that makes up the team at Multishow also doesn’t deny the excitement. “It will definitely be historic! This show will be a gift for Brazilians and Multishow will take this show to those who cannot be at Copacabana Beach. The show ‘The Celebration Tour in Rio’ will be shown on TV Globo after ‘Renascer’, on Multishow after ‘TVZ special Madonna’ and on Globoplay, which will have an open signal for non-logged-in subscribers.

The event is produced by Bonus Track. The image capture design is being designed by Globo in partnership with director Jonas Akerlund, a long-time collaborator of the singer.
