Thiago Lopes, Andressa Urach’s ex-husband, used social media this Friday (26) to issue an important warning to the model. After gaining custody of his two-year-old son, Leon, the businessman revealed that his ex-partner could lose her rights to the heir.

Without saying Urach’s name, Thiago cited Article 1638 of the Brazilian Civil Code on his Instagram profile. According to the law, going against “morals and good customs” can make a person lose all rights to a minor child.

“Did you know that carrying out acts contrary to morality and good customs can lead you to lose your family power over your children? So stay tuned! This is provided for in the civil code”, he warned in a video.
