According to data from the platform, almost 7,500 airline tickets have already been issued from different countries around the world, heading to Brazil through Rio de Janeiro, in anticipation of the show. The main countries issuing these tickets include Argentina, Chile, the United States, France and the United Kingdom, with significant increases in airline bookings.

The expected increase in the flow of international tourists is also reflected in hotel occupancy figures. According to the Union of Hotels and Accommodation of Rio de Janeiro (HotéisRio), the expectation is that hotel occupancy will reach the impressive mark of 100% during the week of Madonna’s show. In normal times, this number is around 70%, demonstrating the positive impact that major events like this have on the local economy.
