Continue the Serasa Limpa Namewhich helps Brazilians with debt forgiveness. Renegotiations are carried out online and the consumer can decide whether to pay in installments or make a lump sum payment. Several companies have joined the initiative and offer easier conditions for those who want to renegotiate their debts.

There are more than 700 participating companies that offer discounts of up to 96% of the outstanding balance.

Debt renegotiation at Serasa

• Now Serasa has an important partnership, the Unroll Brazil, which has been extended until May 20th.
• With this, consumers will be able to use the Serasa platform to access Desenrola renegotiations.
• Several companies joined the renegotiation, including Nubank, Banco do Brasil, Claro, Neoenergia, Light, Enel, Natura, Avon, Mercado Livre, Havan and others.
• Serasa also offers loans to pay off debt with interest charges of 1.09% per month.
