On 06/28/2024, payment of the JCP declared and approved at the 242nd meeting of the board of directors on 09/20/2023 will be made. See details below:

Grendene (GRND3)
Grendene (GRND3) shareholders, meeting at an ordinary and extraordinary general meeting held the day before, approved the board of directors’ proposal for the distribution of the remaining balance of dividends for the 2023 fiscal year.
The gross value is R$145,815,864.30. Payment will be May 15, 2024.

The amount of R$50,815,864.30 will be paid in the form of a dividend. This amount corresponds to the value of R$0.056326887 per share.
Shareholders holding common shares registered in the company’s records on May 2, 2024 (cut-off date) will be entitled to receive interest on equity and additional dividends.
GRND3 shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-JCP from May 3rd.
