Foreign advisers directly prepare Ukraine for sabotage actions in Russia, says Defense Minister

Sputnik – Foreign advisers are directly involved in the preparation of sabotage operations carried out by Kiev on Russian territory, the Russian Defense Minister said this Friday (26).

“Planning and preparation of sabotage operations are carried out, including on Russian territory, with the direct participation of advisers. Almost daily, with the tacit consent of the West, Kiev uses the weapons it receives from Western countries to damage the civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation,” Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting of defense ministers from member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

According to him, “demonstrating a supposed desire to de-escalate, the collective West continues to flood Kiev with weapons, whose uncontrolled movement creates the risk of them reaching terrorist organizations.”

“Real-time intelligence is being transmitted, training of Ukrainian military personnel is organized, Western military experts and mercenaries are in the combat zone,” the Russian minister said.
