The Russian president spoke, this Wednesday (27), with military pilots during a work trip to Torzhok, in the Tver region, in central Russia. On the occasion, Vladimir Putin reaffirmed that he has no intention of attacking the West and highlighted the significant difference in military spending between his country and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

According to the Russian President, if these fighters are launched from the territory of third countries, they will become a legitimate target for Russia.
