Rodrigo Simasactor, commented in an interview with CARAS about the iconic death scene of his character, José Venâncioin Reborn, last Monday (22).
‘I already expected’
“I already expected [a morte da personagem] Being a remake, there would be a possibility of this not happening, but then the entire story would have to be changed. For me, being in the Amazon at the end of this cycle is very significant, something we didn’t plan and here it feels like I’m saying goodbye to the character”commented the actor who is in the Amazon at the invitation of the magazine.

The actor also commented on the impact the scene had on his career. “The nine o’clock soap opera has a lot of influence on people’s feelings of being in the house. [delas] every day, so coming here and people seeing the scene where ‘I died’ the night before and talking about it is very interesting because I think it was a sequence that was very worthwhile, it marked me perfectly. Regardless of having left the soap opera, this sequence was very powerful and I loved doing it”, explained.
In a recent interview with Gshow, Rodrigo Simas also showed gratitude with Marcos Palmeirahis father in the plot. “Painho, an immense honor! I was thrilled to work with Marquinhos, to be his son, this guy with so much history on TV… doing the original version and now this one. I thank you very much for your generosity, your affection, your exchange. I hope we meet in life!”he commented.
