The Military Police of Espírito Santo will open an administrative procedure to investigate the entry of a soldier into the reality show The Great Conquest, from Record. Fellipe Pedrosa Leal Villas even asked the corporation to enter the attraction, but he was not authorized.
A Grande Conquista is a program produced and shown by Record TV. The second season started last Monday (22). In the first stage, over 19 days, 100 participants, both anonymous and famous, enter a village. Through tests, they are divided into three houses (orange, blue and green) and compete for the 20 places in the second phase.
Even though the request to enter the attraction was rejected by the Military Police, the soldier entered the reality show. He was chosen to stay in the orange house and, at the premiere, he was involved in an argument with another participant about noise in the room where he slept. Check out the fight below.
Searched for The Gazettethe Military Police explained that Fellipe requested a license in March to participate in the program, however, the request was rejected by the general command.
The soldier has been part of the corporation since November 2014. He has been on vacation since April 15th and continues to be paid normally during the period. The last salary was debited in March, with a net value of R$6,227.52.
According to the Military Police, for loss of income or position to occur, “the administrative procedure needs to go through due legal process with broad defense and contradiction, in cases where the server responds to a dismissal process, which does not yet fit into the situation of the aforementioned military”.
“It is worth remembering that police officers normally receive their salaries, considering that they are on vacation. Before completion, the salary cut can only happen by court order”, highlights the Military Police.
For entering the program without authorization from the general command, Fellipe will now be subject to an administrative procedure. The measure aims to analyze the fact that Fellipe disrespected the refusal of the general command and does not yet refer to his dismissal or expulsion from the corporation.
The report of The Gazette sought out the Association of Military Police and Firefighters of Espírito Santo (Aspra-ES), seeking a position on the case opened against the soldier. Fellipe’s press office was also contacted. The text will be updated if there are any comments.
