The relationship between Carolina (Marjorie Estiano) and Evandro (Julio Andrade), of course, has an outcome. The couple’s harmony suffers a first shock when the doctor discovers that his father, Heleno (Marco Nanini), whom he has not seen for around 20 years, is looking for him, living in a shelter for the elderly, with Alzheimer’s. Carolina is diagnosed with a lump in her breast, and her relationship with an old college friend, Daniel (Emilio Dantas), who is able to help her with the treatment, further impacts her marriage with Evandro.
The five seasons tell the relationship between this couple of doctors, which began in the first chapter of the first season and ends here, together with the series. And, like every relationship, there was everything: love, anger, ups, downs, expectations and frustrations. All this working and living together. Like in real life.

Blood donation
Blood donation campaign in 22 states marks the series’ debut on TV. According to Globo, which organizes the third edition of Corrente Sob Pressão, there are more than 120 collection points in partnership with 15 affiliated groups — check the list here.
Campaign runs until the 30th of this month. April 27th, a Saturday, was chosen for the D-day of the campaign, with special activations at some of the collection points. Anyone wishing to donate should check the protocol adopted for donation with the blood center in their region.
