Portuguese tennis player has scored 15 points in the last two weeks. ‘Nole’ benefits from Sinner’s withdrawals from the Madrid and Rome Masters. Félix Auger-Aliassime and Rafael Nadal highlighted

Nuno Borges rose three positions in the ranking tennis world championship, now occupying 53rd place, after gaining 15 points – he now has 931 – in the hierarchy update this Monday.

Novak Djokovic (9,900 points) continues to be the leader and has consolidated this position… even without playing the Masters 1000 in Madrid. At the start of the Spanish event, Jannik Sinner (8.860) threatened the Serbian’s leadership, however, withdrawals from that event and the Rome Masters ended the Italian’s chances.

The big rise in the last two weeks was that of Félix Auger-Aliassime, who rose 15 places to return to the world ‘top-20’ (20th). On the other hand, Rafael Nadal continues to rise quickly in the table. After climbing 207th position, the 37-year-old Spaniard is now 305th.

Back on the Portuguese scene, Henrique Rocha moved up four places – he is now 206th -, while Jaime Faria dropped three places, now 233rd. Gastão Elias dropped one position and is now 379th.
