Handball teams from Entre Rios do Oeste achieve great results in the West Handball Cup

On Sunday (28), the under-08, under-10, under-12 and under-14 teams, in the female category and under 12 in the male category, were representing the municipality of Entre Rios do Oeste in the West Handball Cup for the categories of base. This first round was held in Santa Helena against teams from that city and the results obtained were excellent, as follows:

Victory in the women’s U8 by 07×03;

Victory in the female U10: 09×04;

Victory in the female U12: 06×04;

Defeat in the female U14: 16×06;

And victory in the Male U12 with a score of: 24×04;

There are 15 municipalities participating in the competition, with the next games scheduled for May 19th in the city of Mercedes-Pr.

Secretary Viro Francisco Lerner reinforces the importance and support that the Department of Sports, Leisure and Tourism has been offering for initiation activities aimed at all modalities, and that the work has been developed in a broad way and the results in the medium and long term term are promising.
