THE CASE
First of all, it is worth remembering thatOn February 25, the Anti-Doping Sports Court (TJD-AD) decided to suspend Gabigol until April 7, 2025. The reason was an alleged attempt to cheat in an anti-doping test carried out on April 8, 2023.
As a result, the court prevented Gabigol from playing for Flamengo and from visiting the club’s facilities to train. Finally, the striker was not even able to go to the stadiums to accompany the team, leaving him out of the celebration of the Campeonato Carioca title.
On social media, Gabigol spoke out as soon as Flamengo announced the news. Now, the striker is hoping to return to training with the Red and Black group this Tuesday (30). The cast’s activities are scheduled to begin at 3pm (Brasília time).
