Victory over Musetti in the second round
The 24-year-old from Paraná spoke about his victory over Musetti by double 6/4. During the game, Wild suffered no breaks, escaped the four break-points he faced and took advantage of a break chance in each set. The match marked the reunion between the two tennis players, six years after the US Open youth final, won by the Brazilian.

“I think the difference for this game was my solidity. I managed to be very solid in the important moments.
