Larissa Mota, wife of defender Nino, from Zenit, in Russia, went into labor, got in the car, drove to the maternity ward and gave birth to her second son, Antônio, in Rio de Janeiro, this Thursday morning- fair (25/4).
The defender Nino he didn’t help his wife because he is in the regular season with Zenit, in Europe. Larissa stayed in Brazil because she understood that it was better to finish her pregnancy in the country. Furthermore, there is the risk of war in Russia.
“To record that I drove (in labor) to the maternity ward! If this isn’t girl power…,” she wrote. The photo shows the car dashboard, with the clock showing 6:04 am this Thursday.
Larissa was accompanied by her mother, who does not usually drive outside of Mogi Mirim-SP, where she lives.
Religious, Nino celebrated his son’s arrival and posted a psalm: “What will I give to the Lord for all his benefits towards me?”
Nino is an idol Fluminense and became a starter at Zenit. He dreams of a place in the Brazilian team at the next Copa América.
