Corentin Moutet tried to kick a ball and starred in a bizarre scene
The French tennis player Corentin Moutet
starred in an unusual scene in the ATP 1000 in Madrid,
in Spain, during the game played against the Chinese Shang Juncheng,
last Wednesday (24).

he had won the first set by 7/6, but then ended up losing the second set by 6/2. Balance also prevailed in the decisive set, which led to the tie-break, and it was exactly at this moment that the Frenchman failed and starred in the bizarre episode.
Corentin went to serve with the score at 5-5, but when he went to serve, the racket completely slipped out of his hand, however, the ball passed to the other side of the court and Juncheng made the return, leaving the Frenchman without being able to catch the ball, as he had no racket. At that moment, Moutet didn’t think twice and tried to hit the ball with his left foot, in a typical football move. To make matters worse, he got a puncture, making the scene even more dramatic. The French tennis player ended up being defeated 12-10 in the tie-break and said goodbye to the tournament. Shang Juncheng advanced to the next stage and will face Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina later in the competition.
