Idol of Boca Juniors and current technician of IndependentCarlos Tevez had to be hospitalized last Tuesday (23) due to chest pains.
The former Argentine national team striker was hospitalized in San Isidro, a city in the metropolitan region of Buenos Aires, and underwent tests.
According to the statement issued by Independiente, the test results were satisfactory, but Tevez, who suffers from high blood pressure, would remain hospitalized as a precaution this Wednesday (24) to be monitored and carry out further tests.

“Our coach, Carlos Tévez, came to La Trinidad de San Isidro hospital with chest pain. They carried out the corresponding tests, which were satisfactory.
Tomorrow (Wednesday) will continue with a series of exams scheduled in anticipation of a routine exam that must be carried out.
Carlos Tevez will remain hospitalized as a precaution until he finishes carrying out the corresponding tests.”
Tevez took over Independiente in August 2023 and managed to free Rojo from relegation.
