Owner of Botafogo, businessman John Textor once again slandered Palmeiras by reaffirming, without evidence, that the arbitration favored the club in the last two editions of the Brasileirão.

Via Instagram former president Paulo Nobre mocked Textor’s new statements, making an inference to April Fools’ Day and also remembering his team’s sporting failures.

“Was it ironic that this article was published precisely on April 1st, or is it that in the “strongest state championship in Brazil” some leader will commission a study to prove with 99% certainty that elephants don’t climb trees? Or does the fact of not being among the 4th in his state for the second year in a row speak for itself?!”, published Nobre.
