Scheduled to compete for the light heavyweight belt (up to 93kg.) in UFC 300, Jamahal Hill expresses confidence to duel against Alex Poatan on April 13th. Former champion of the category, the athlete is already imagining the ideal opponent for his eventual first title defense. Without hesitation, the North American added Magomed Ankalaev on his wish list and suggested a place to fight.

“I wouldn’t mind fighting in Saudi Arabia. A fight against Magomed in Saudi Arabia, that wouldn’t be bad. It would be like, I think it would be like a Fight Night or something. I’m sure one of the princes wouldn’t mind. They give me a number, like it’s a PPV and I introduce myself. Dreams were made to happen”, said Jamahal on his channel YouTube.

Considered an underdog in bookmakers, Jamahal is preparing to try to win the belt he gave up in 2023 after an Achilles tendon injury. In a recent statement, the athlete expressed discomfort with the fans’ attitude towards his confidence before the confrontation. According to the North American, the treatment between oneself and Alex Poatan it’s totally different.
