An image of the source code from the youcantkillme.com website Slipknot went viral on Monday night, the 22nd, when a fan found two new names on the list of band members: Eloy and Jeff. See the image at the end of this article.

The group parted ways with longtime keyboardist Craig Jones and the drummer Jay Weinberg last year, although the group has yet to play a show with Weinberg’s replacement. Jones split last June, and the band played a few gigs with a mystery keyboardist.

While the identity of the new members remains a secret, fans have theories that the drummer could be Brazilian Eloy Casagrande who recently left the Grave. With the name Eloy in the source code, many fans are already excited about the possibility.

Fans still don’t have theories about who Jeff, Craig Jones’ possible replacement, could be. The band’s first show with the new members will be on April 27th at the Sick New World festival, in Las Vegas, United States. Brazil will be able to see the new lineup at Knotfest on October 19th and 20th. The festival will take place at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo.

According to the website Wikimetal, another discovery by a Slipknot fan on Reddit was a video hidden on the site. The Reddit user shared a screenshot of the band members’ faces in the video, which you can see at the end of this article.

What’s on Slipknot’s youcantkillme.com website?

The page has the look and feel of an early 2000s website, and considering there are photos of the band’s 1999 formation in the middle of the page, it’s likely to serve as a teaser for the 25th anniversary of their self-titled album.

“Pay attention… the answers are everywhere,” says the scrolling text at the top of the page.

So it seems like there are clues hidden on the page.

The page contains references to the band’s old website

If you click on the band’s image in the middle of the main page, you will be taken to another screen where there is some kind of riddle about a seed. Slipknot’s Wiki page states that “The Seed” was a poem written by Corey Taylor, which was featured on his website around the year 2000.

There are also tabs at the bottom of the site that take you to different screens. The “Guestbook” has comments from fans, with a note at the top that says: “Thank you for checking out our site. If you want to add something to our guestbook, you should have been here 25 years ago.”

The “Music” tab shows the songs “Eyeless”, “Wait and Bleed”, “Surfacing”, “Spit It Out” and “Me Inside”, which was a track included in the digipak version of the album [via Slipknot Wiki] . Downloads are also called “modems,” which is how music was heard in the days of dial-up Internet.

The bottom of each page also has a note that says, “This page was last updated on 04/25/2024,” so it’s possible they’ll reveal something else this Thursday.
