Season 2 of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ will summarize the content inspired by the animation

The 2nd season of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender‘ is already in development, and the producer Jabbar Raisani told the TheDirect that the new episodes will summarize the events inspired by the 2nd season of the animation.

The filmmaker said that content cuts are necessary for the production to adapt to the live-action format, but this does not mean that the plot will be harmed.

It’s worth remembering that the same was done in season 1, so fans don’t need to worry.

“We are doing something very similar to the first season. There is a lot of content in the animated series. And we are analyzing all this content. The live-action series doesn’t have the same number of episodes as the animated series, so you need to keep things short.”

He continued:

“Just like the first season, some moments will be cut, but the main events were all kept in the live-action version and we still had time to mix in some elements from season 2 at the beginning… We know what we’re doing.”

For now, there is still no premiere date for the new episodes.

In the meantime, remember the trailer for season 1:
