The State Government responded by means of a note to the criticism by Deputy Governor Daniela Reinehr, from the PL, regarding the license process of Governor Carlos Moisés da Silva.

The Deputy Governor issued a note this Wednesday contesting the procedure. The Civil House claims normality and sets out dates for sending requests and official letters.

The crisis between the governor and the vice worsened with the episode. Governor Moisés passes the position to the president of the Assembly, Moacir Sopelsa, this Saturday.

The Civil House of the State Government informs that, at 6:55 pm this Tuesday (30), through the Electronic Process Management System (SPGE), a file was sent to the Vice-Governor’s office announcing the removal of the Governor from the exercise of his duties. from the next day 3/9.

In this sense, in view of the provisions of the State Constitution, the Civil House requested the presence of the Deputy Governor at the Administrative Center at 10 am this Wednesday, in order to deal with administrative acts relating to the temporary succession of the position.

This Wednesday, at 10:27 am, the Vice-Governor requested, through official letter, her removal from her duties, which was accepted. The Civil House clarifies that the entire process took place in the most absolute normality, respecting and complying with the guidelines that guide the State Administration.
